Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms.

Configure and support networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs) to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve escalations to maintain uptime and system health.

Implement security measures, backup processes, and disaster recovery plans to ensure data protection and business continuity.

Support end users by setting up systems, installing software, and maintaining documentation of resolutions and processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or system administration.

Strong hands-on experience in managing servers, networks, and enterprise infrastructure components.

Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting end-user systems in a corporate environment
