Description

You manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure secure connectivity.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve escalations to maintain uptime.
• Implement security measures, backup processes, and disaster recovery plans for business continuity.
• Support end users by setting up systems, installing software, and documenting resolutions.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or system administration.
• Strong hands-on experience managing servers, networks, and enterprise infrastructure components.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues in a corporate environment.
• Ability to support end-user systems and maintain operational documentation.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and data protection protocols.
