Job Responsibilities include:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio solutions.
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and platform-related issues for end users and developers.
Support and guide developers in building and maintaining low-code/no-code applications.
Monitor platform performance and usage, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure compliance and governance standards are met.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, documentation, and user adoption initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in IT support or engineering, with focus on Power Platform solutions.
Hands-on experience supporting Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 services with strong troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of platform governance, security/compliance, and ability to support end users and developers in a low-code environment
