Description

Monitor the health of critical systems, tracking CPU, memory, space utilization, and Oracle/SQL databases.
Manage and optimize environmental alerts, including facility temperatures, HP servers, and APC Netbotz devices.
Configure system alarms to eliminate "white noise" and ensure actionable alerts reach the correct teams.
Execute pre-written scripted jobs across multiple environments, including Windows, Linux, and AS/400.
Triage incidents, open support tickets, and assist System Administrators with resolution.
Assist with the selection, installation, and upgrade of field hardware.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in IT operations, systems monitoring, and incident management.
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and access tools like SolarWinds and Putty.
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and hardware operations across a broad range of platforms.
Excellent communication skills (phone/email) and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Requirement: Must be able to work a fully onsite, overnight schedule including weekends
