Description

You will monitor and administer enterprise technical environments to ensure continuous network availability and system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise networks and consoles, including Moogssoft AIOps, to maintain optimum environment performance.
• Detect, isolate, diagnose, and resolve operational incidents and outages within agreed timeframes.
• Create and update incident and change tickets daily using ServiceNow.
• Interface with vendors and support teams to resolve system outages or performance degradation.
• Perform routine tests on assigned systems and peripheral equipment, reporting all results and actions taken.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of enterprise network monitoring experience.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor, Splunk, Moogssoft, or SolarWinds.
• Working knowledge of IT terminology, network topology, and device relationships.
• Proficiency in problem resolution, including determining root cause, scope, and scale.
• Experience validating system availability and performance.
• Ability to document and apply technical policies, standards, and procedures.
• Experience supporting a global 24/7 service operation.
