Description

You will oversee and maintain computer infrastructure, including networks and servers, while ensuring system stability and resolving incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, applications, and FTP accounts to ensure operational stability.
• Troubleshoot batch jobs and FTP-related issues, participating in P1/P2 major incident resolution.
• Provide timely solutions to escalated incidents and service requests.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for daily maintenance of applications and underlying systems.
• Identify technical trends and implement improvements to reduce incident volume.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations.
• Proficiency with batch job scheduling and monitoring tools such as Autosys and Control M.
• Experience with monitoring platforms like Solarwinds or DataDog.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow (SNOW) or Heat.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request management.
• Working knowledge of FTP concepts and storage/backup processes.
• Ability to manage SLAs, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

• Experience managing diverse workloads with flexible working hours.
