Description

Drive delivery timelines and manage agile ceremonies within a large-scale software development environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery milestones and timelines committed to during PI and Iteration planning.
• Identify and remove project impediments, escalating blockers to the RTE with impact assessments and mitigation plans.
• Track dependencies both within and outside the delivery team to ensure commitment and status visibility.
• Monitor team capacity daily using Rally to mitigate over or under-capacity risks.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage release documentation, including internal audit sign-off and production release ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience including IT Project Management.
• Experience working in large-scale software development environments.
• Advanced understanding of resource allocation, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with work management and collaboration tools.
• Strong servant leadership, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage risks and issues via formal tracking and daily updates.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, CA Rally, RTC, Confluence, or SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), XP, Kanban, or FDD.
• Technical familiarity with ATDD, TDD, CI/CD, and automated testing.
