Description

You will own end-to-end delivery of the Kinaxis Demand Planning application, balancing product roadmap execution with traditional project governance. You will lead the implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse, managing integrations with SAP ECC and coordinating cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile and Scrum delivery for Kinaxis deployments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Manage enterprise planning implementations covering demand forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP processes.
• Oversee integration between Kinaxis and SAP ECC, ensuring data accuracy for material masters, BOMs, and manufacturing planning.
• Develop integrated delivery plans, manage RAID logs, and provide status reporting to PMO leadership and executives.
• Ensure platform configurations and releases align with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and operational readiness.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project and product delivery management experience, preferably within a PMO.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise planning or supply chain platforms, specifically Kinaxis RapidResponse, within the last 5 years.
• Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and sprint execution.
• Strong domain knowledge in demand sensing, supply planning, capacity modeling, and scenario-based analysis.
• Experience integrating planning platforms with SAP ECC in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Ability to distinguish between product-based delivery (continuous value) and traditional project execution (milestones/funding).
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with supply chain, manufacturing, and IT leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience transitioning teams from project-centric to product-centric delivery models.
