Description

Perform senior-level business analysis to align business needs with technology, architectural, and product roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and user requirements to support business strategy and agency information resource plans.
• Manage the formation of product and project roadmaps by identifying gaps between business processes and technical solutions.
• Act as a Product Owner for products developed using Agile methodologies, including the creation of Epics, Stories, and tasks.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to establish priorities and resolve conflicting requirements.
• Develop functional and system requirements documentation, including technical specifications for complex requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related IT roles.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies as a Product Owner.
• Ability to develop Epics, Stories, and tasks for project execution.
• Strong proficiency in documenting business processes through workflow diagrams and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of architectural concepts and principles relevant to infrastructure, applications, and organizational structure.
• Ability to research and document application, data, infrastructure, security, and accessibility requirements.
• Experience managing requirements processes within various IT portfolios.
• Advanced analytical ability to solve unusual and difficult problems.

Preferred Skills

• High-level oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience collaborating with Project Management Office, CTO, and Application Development teams.
