Description

Manage the delivery, monitoring, and execution of projects within an assigned portfolio to ensure alignment with business strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

• Align with Portfolio Sponsors to ensure all project goals and objectives are met.
• Direct innovative approaches and solutions across the enterprise to achieve business outcomes.
• Partner with business and technical executives to deliver iterative value and meet strategic objectives.
• Supervise project professionals, including Project Managers and Analysts, to ensure consistency with organizational commitments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in a problem-solving function.
• Proven experience solving complex problems with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Strong research, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of existing bank products, services, and operational guidelines.
• PMO experience and problem-solving expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading projects, programs, or portfolios within a financial services institution.
• Knowledge of financial products and services related to various delivery channels.
• Knowledge of business analytical practices and process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
