Description

You will lead Change and Release Management processes within the Service Integration Office in Huskvarna, Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global process team in requirement collection, process design, and implementation.
• Run the Global Change Advisory Board (CAB) and manage follow-ups with external partners.
• Design, implement, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives for IT delivery.
• Ensure all internal and external delivery teams adhere to defined ITIL processes.
• Coordinate customer operations during Major Incident Management on a 24/7 basis, including a one-week on-call rotation every six weeks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT process management.
• Proven experience working with ITIL processes or ITSM frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of SIAM and IT service integration.
• Ability to report and analyze KPIs related to Change and Release Management.
• Fluency in English.
• University degree or equivalent level of education.
