Description

You will lead the procurement of IT solutions and services by developing strategies that align with business objectives and the IT roadmap.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies and conduct market research to identify potential vendors and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFIs, RFPs, and contract awards.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate payment processing.
• Conduct risk analysis on contract language and maintain digital documentation for all agreements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT procurement with a focus on vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Proven experience managing RFIs and RFPs.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and other procurement regulations.
• Proficiency with procurement software such as Coupa or Ariba.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in procurement such as CPM or CPSM.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks.
