Description

You will manage the end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, and managed services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-user technical and commercial requirements to source appropriate hardware and software.
• Negotiate pricing with OEMs and authorized distributors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Execute techno-commercial agreements in coordination with legal and commercial teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and develop new cost-effective alternatives.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely payments and Inspection teams for material acceptance.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT procurement or hardware/software buying.
• Technical knowledge of POS machines, kiosks, weighing scales, barcode printers, scanners, and RFID systems.
• Experience sourcing LED/LCD walls, signage, smart mirrors, and ESL tags/gateways.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Understanding of local taxes, custom duties, freight charges, and shipping modes.
• Ability to perform cost analysis and price benchmarking.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Experience with AMC and New Store Development.

Preferred Skills

• BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or IT.
