Description

You will manage strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for software, hardware, and cloud categories.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sourcing processes including RFX, negotiations, and contract operationalization.
• Negotiate agreement terms and manage redline documents in collaboration with legal teams.
• Drive cost reduction and demand management initiatives across technology categories.
• Analyze market conditions and supplier data to mitigate risks and identify savings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of sourcing experience specifically within Technology (Software, Hardware, and Cloud).
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and working through complex legal redline processes.
• Ability to perform supplier financial analyses and interpret complex data sets.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and spreadsheet usage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using eSourcing and project management tools.
• Establish and track project plans using fundamental project management techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and communicate results through presentations and reports.
