Description

You will own the technology product strategy and implementation for the Salesforce (SFDC) platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic direction for SFDC to align capabilities with organizational goals.
• Manage the intake funnel for user requests, assessing viability and determining priority.
• Optimize system performance by identifying and executing automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business users, IT counterparts, and technology vendors.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate technology deliverables, including development and maintenance work.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of proven Salesforce (SFDC) experience with a hands-on understanding of system functionality.
• Experience managing the intake and prioritization process for technology requests.
• Proven track record of leading and managing broad-based cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and implementing strategies for large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong project management, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on complex technology initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
• MBA degree.
• Working knowledge of cargo industry technology platforms.
