Description

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for financial systems, driving requirements, delivery, and adoption within the Record to Report track.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and communicate with onsite/offshore IT teams to drive results.
• Manage end-to-end program management from proposal through solution delivery, business adoption, and post-implementation support using agile/sprint frameworks.
• Manage the impact of accounting activities on finance systems including NetSuite, Xactly, and Blackline.
• Conduct UAT sessions, train business users and IT teams, and resolve product issues by escalating service tickets with vendors.
• Proactively communicate system upgrades and collaborate with vendors to understand new features and functionalities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business systems and analytics.
• Minimum 8+ years experience in accounting operations with strong process knowledge on Record to Report (R2R).
• 5+ years of extensive Accounting Management experience in strategizing and implementing tools like NetSuite for accounting regulation changes (e.g., ASC606).
• Hands-on experience leading SaaS/Cloud solutions such as NetSuite, Xactly, and Blackline.
• Extensive cross-functional knowledge in enterprise business processes: Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Revenue/Account to Report/Forecast.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with an Onsite/Offshore model.

Preferred Skills

• Xactly commission expense accounting (CEA) experience.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and proven experience implementing AI agents to solve operational inefficiencies.
