Manage product lifecycles and drive technical solutions across complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through iterative, agile, or scrum development processes.
• Prioritize product backlogs and make critical trade-off decisions between competing requirements.
• Design and tie together solutions across disparate systems using solution architecture principles.
• Manage program and project workflows while adapting to changing technical requirements.
• Apply analytical thinking to solve complex problems within the application domain.

Required Skills

• 4 years of product management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years in IT including 4 years in product management.
• Experience with application development languages including HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.Net, PHCSC, Ruby, or C.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing models such as SaaS and PaaS.
• Knowledge of DevOps, continuous deployment, and integration tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, RallyDev, or Jira.
• Proficiency with integration technologies including Tibco, Informatica, or CAS.
• Understanding of product-specific application architecture and solution architecture.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology.
• Experience managing large projects across multiple product teams.
• Experience managing development teams through the entire lifecycle and mentoring resources.
