Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy using data-driven decision-making.
• Manage technical requirements for backend technologies.
• Lead development cycles within agile software development frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a customer-first approach to product delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years of experience in agile software development.
• Strong technical expertise.
• Proven ability in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be USC, GC, GC-EAD, or H4-EAD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Payments or Financial Services.
