You will manage product lifecycles within an agile IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops using design sprints, design thinking, and creative problem-solving techniques.
• Apply User Experience (UX) approaches to product development.
• Execute business analysis tasks to define product requirements.
• Negotiate and communicate with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working in an IT environment.
• Proven experience working in agile methodologies.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Experience with workshop animation including design sprints and design thinking.
• Knowledge of Web/Java-J2EE technologies.
• Knowledge of Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience applying User Experience (UX) approaches.
• Any Graduate degree.
