Description

Own the product lifecycle for Salesforce CRM and Einstein-based solutions, guiding 4-5 engineers from vision to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Write and manage user stories for Scrum teams, ensuring clear acceptance criteria.
• Remove obstacles for engineering teams and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Manage the full product life cycle, coordinating with Scrum masters and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Product Management.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Einstein, and Admin/Platform concepts.
• Proven ability to manage product life cycles and define strategic roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Scrum methodologies and delivering user stories.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
