Description

Lead the design and deployment of complex digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing product risk.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital product deployment plans and coordinate with the Digital Transformation Office and Centers of Excellence.
• Manage product risk and serve as the escalation point for key product issues.
• Provide input on resource allocation and portfolio rationalization to improve efficiency.
• Monitor O&M and capital spend to ensure planned resources meet product goals.
• Develop implementation plans based on business requirements and IT strategies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT product management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of agile and waterfall product development methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps and SDLC frameworks.
• Ability to analyze the current IT environment and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Understanding of business re-engineering principles and processes.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term tactical decisions.
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and tools relevant to department processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certifications required to meet Energy industry or regulatory standards.
• Strong change management principles.
