You will own the definition and delivery of product features aligning with business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products and features that drive operational value.
• Define, communicate, and maintain the product vision and roadmap to ensure clear priorities.
• Elicit, document, and refine business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Support product deployment and operations, using metrics to continuously improve delivery effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Project Manager roles.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile processes and methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or JavaScript development workflows.
• Background in Systems Analysis or Business Analysis.
