Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to support business objectives.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and release plans aligned with organizational strategy.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and communicate product progress across teams.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide enhancements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience operating as a Product Owner in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, ceremonies, and delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to define and manage product backlogs against business goals.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, and UX.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience in Insurance or financial services domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
