Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst with a strong background in payments systems/financial services and Java-based applications(domain work middleware payments). This role will bridge business and technology, driving delivery across complex, data-driven platforms while working closely with development teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements for payments-related initiatives (ACH, wires, etc.)
• Translate business needs into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements
• Lead and support design and requirement sessions
• Help with internal Project Management processes
• Create user stories and epics 
• Collaborate closely with Java development teams to ensure alignment on design and delivery
• Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals
• Work across upstream and downstream systems, particularly those leveraging Oracle databases
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams
• MUST HAVE:
  - recent BA/PO experience 
  - background as a developer or technical analyst working within a java environment 
  - financial services or payments experience
