Description

Provide technical support for data systems, integrations, and complex data flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate root causes of repetitive data system problems and partner with IT teams or vendors to implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor and act on system alarms and alerts to improve proactive monitoring of critical data.
• Maintain and improve technical and user documentation in collaboration with product teams.
• Collaborate with product delivery teams to prepare support processes for upcoming releases and enhancements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for approximately 1-2 weeks per quarter.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting complex data systems and integrations.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Experience reading and debugging code in .NET, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with AWS technologies including Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Neo4j and data integration.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience debugging or modifying code in .NET, TypeScript, or Python, or working with database procedures.
• Experience with event-based and API integrations.
• Experience with Neo4j Cypher queries.
