Description

Provide tier one production support for Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) and Oracle EBS environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production support queues and perform first-level troubleshooting for logged tickets.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major production issues and maintain updated SOPs.
• Support QA, UAT testing cycles, and monthly close activities, including weekly application sanity testing.
• Coordinate deployments of enhancements and participate in quarterly release cycles and cutover tasks.
• Partner with functional and development teams to investigate data issues, perform deep-dive analyses, and define requirements for issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support.
• Direct experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle RMB.
• Proficiency with Oracle RMB application and data models.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS functional modules such as AP, AR, GL, FAH, SLA, or TCA.
• Understanding of data management, data governance, and data quality concepts.
• Experience supporting IT SOX audits and change management processes.
• Background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with subledger accounting and Trading Community Architecture (TCA).
