Lead technical operations for capital markets infrastructure, managing production stability and team performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor technical operations teams in middle/back-office environments.
• Resolve complex operational issues by liaising between technology and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance frameworks.
• Oversee trade lifecycles, settlement processes, and capital markets infrastructure.
• Drive production stability for fixed-income operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in capital markets operations or fixed-income environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Broadridge Impact, BPS, BONY platform, and RTTM settlement systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Sybase, Oracle, and Cognos.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycles and settlement processes.
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in capital markets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with corporate governance frameworks.
• Background in middle/back-office technical operations.
