Description

You will manage complex IT programs by overseeing multiple projects, consulting vendor relationships, and ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple consulting partner relationships and oversee project delivery timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project administration frameworks, including Requirements Matrices, RAID logs, and Master Project Schedules.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with both project execution and vendor performance.
• Establish multi-agency project status frameworks and facilitate regular stakeholder engagement with internal teams and executives.
• Collaborate with vendors to analyze solutions for IVR, Knowledgebase, Chatbot, and Document Management, including procurement channel recommendations.
• Orchestrate stakeholder surveys and assist in documenting current state environments and workflow diagrams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering projects within technical specifications and approved budgets.
• 10+ years of experience developing project plans, work breakdown structures, and maintaining detailed schedules.
• 10+ years of experience in risk tracking, mitigation, and issue management.
• 10+ years of experience communicating technical updates and status reports to executive management and user staff.
• 10+ years of experience facilitating current state or application analysis sessions using use case process documents and workflow diagrams.
• 10+ years of experience in meeting facilitation and documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

• PMP certification.
