Description

Oversee vendor partnerships and technical architecture for the Integrated Eligibility System. Manage program delivery, risk, and vendor performance to ensure compliance with state procurement guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with consulting partners to develop and administer Master Project Schedules.
• Provide oversight for multiple program projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, including monitoring vendor performance.
• Establish project administration frameworks including Requirements Matrices, RAID logs, and project plans.
• Collaborate with vendors to analyze and recommend solutions for IVR, Knowledgebase, Chatbot, and Document Management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• 10+ years of experience developing project plans and maintaining work breakdown structures.
• 10+ years of experience with risk tracking, mitigation, and issue tracking.
• 10+ years of experience facilitating application analysis sessions and documenting workflows via use case process documents.
• 10+ years of experience communicating project updates to technical staff and executive management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation.
• Proficiency in meeting facilitation and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years leading data or system modernization projects within a state government agency.
• 3+ years of experience working with health information.
