Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.

* Align Product, Engineering, and Agile teams on what, why, how, and when work gets delivered.

* Partner with senior IT and business leaders, Product Owners, and technical teams.

* Manage program interdependencies, risks, issues, and delivery priorities.

* Ensure program outcomes deliver measurable business value.

* Oversee delivery planning across multiple teams, resources, and delivery arms.

* Manage intake, backlog, prioritization, and delivery planning.

* Support end-to-end technology and system implementations.

* Mentor team members and contribute to the maturity of Agile Delivery practices.

* Experience with Hospital Room of the Future initiatives is a plus.

* Healthcare / Epic experience is not mandatory according to the source JD.

Technical / Delivery Experience

Candidates should have experience understanding:

* Software development

* Testing

* Deployment

* Integration layers / middleware

* End-to-end system implementation

* User experience / technology initiatives

* Product capabilities and technical dependencies

* Delivery across multiple teams and resources

 Qualifications

* 7+ years of program or portfolio-level delivery experience preferred.

* 8+ years of IT project/program management experience in a healthcare setting or comparable domain complexity.

* 3+ years working in Agile software development environments.

* Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.

* Agile / Scrum certification is preferred.

* Strong experience managing end-to-end technology initiatives.
