Description

Lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs to align Product, Engineering, and Agile teams on delivery goals and outcomes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional technology programs and manage interdependencies, risks, and delivery priorities.
• Align Product, Engineering, and Agile teams on scope, objectives, and timelines for work delivery.
• Oversee delivery planning, backlog management, intake, and prioritization across multiple teams and resources.
• Support end-to-end technology and system implementations, including APIs, integrations, and testing.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the maturity of Agile Delivery practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of program or portfolio-level delivery experience.
• 8+ years of IT project/program management experience in healthcare or complex enterprise environments.
• 3+ years working in Agile software development environments.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end technology initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodologies and Agile/Delivery frameworks.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive data-driven decision making.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and system implementation lifecycles.
• Background in healthcare IT or similarly complex domains is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with Epic, MyChart, Smart Room, or Hospital Room of the Future initiatives.
