Description

You will oversee the reimagining of business operations and technical architecture for the Integrated Eligibility System (IES).

Responsibilities

• Partner with consulting vendors to develop and administer the Master Project Schedule.
• Manage relationships with multiple consulting partners to ensure effective collaboration.
• Provide oversight for multiple projects within the program to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, including monitoring vendor performance.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and implement corrective actions.
• Engage with key stakeholders and agency executives to ensure program alignment.
• Establish project administration frameworks including Requirements Matrices, RAID logs, and Project Plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and statements of work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing multiple consulting vendor partners.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, CHIP, and DECAL program environments.
• Ability to manage complex technical architecture and business operation transformations.
• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategy development.
• Proficiency in financial monitoring and budget management.
• Capability to establish project administration frameworks and standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
