Description

You will oversee and collaborate with two vendor partners to reimagine the business operations and technical architecture of the Integrated Eligibility System (IES).

Responsibilities

• Partner with consulting vendors to develop and administer the Master Project Schedule.
• Manage relationships with multiple consulting partners to ensure effective collaboration.
• Provide oversight for multiple projects within the program to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, including monitoring vendor performance.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of professional experience.
• Experience managing multiple consulting partners and vendor relationships.
• Experience with program-level risk management and financial monitoring.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet.
• Proficiency in Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Establish a project administration framework including Requirements Matrices, RAID Logs, and Project Plans.
• Facilitate a multi-agency project status framework and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Assist vendor partners in inventorying and documenting the current state environment.
