You will govern multiple IT programs across enterprise portfolios, managing resource planning, capacity, and forecasting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern multiple IT programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage resource planning, capacity management, and allocation across distributed teams.
• Drive forecasting for demand, staffing, and cost across program timelines.
• Define and track program KPIs, operational metrics, and financial indicators.
• Create executive presentations and report on program health, risks, and mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Program Manager in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in Resource Management and Forecasting.
• Strong background in Metrics, Analytics, and Executive Reporting.
• Expert level MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to PMO governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile and Hybrid delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Financial management or budgeting experience.
• Banking or regulated enterprise domain experience.
