You will manage data-driven programs within a financial services environment, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior management stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate data into comprehensive stakeholder reporting and insights.
• Perform data profiling and mapping to interpret results using analytical techniques.
• Review data flow designs to communicate impacts of new data sources or projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and process improvement or automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience performing data analysis and reconciliation within a financial institute middle office or operations group.
• Deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Wealth Management, or Securities.
• Experience with Data Management, Derivatives, Credit cards, or Real time/Person to Person payments.
• Strong technical skills in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with reporting packages such as Business Objects.
• Proven ability to manage project business analysis and timelines under tight deadlines.
• Background working within a Technology group.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Global Financial Crimes Technology, including Anti Money Laundering and Economic Sanctions.
• Knowledge of Risk management disciplines.
