Description

Manage the Cross Technology initiative and oversee base funding allocations. You will own the financial planning and tracking mechanisms for technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and tracking mechanisms to document financial decisions and changes.
• Forecast direct expenses to ensure programs align with spend expectations.
• Partner with Tech Teams, BSMs, PMO, and Lines of Business to resolve planning and funding gaps.
• Liaise between technology teams and business support managers regarding funding challenges.
• Support strategic and ad hoc business support and financial requirements.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in banking, technology strategic planning, or project management.
• Strong financial management and accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SharePoint setup and management.
• Project administration and task/deliverable management.
• Ability to convey information succinctly to executive leaders and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work across diverse teams.

• Analytical approach to identifying stakeholder needs and developing proactive plans.
