Description

You own the delivery of IT programs across commercial initiatives, driving integration between SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce ecosystems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery for TPM, B2B, and Sales Incentive platforms.
• Drive integration strategy and execution between SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with shared dependencies and enterprise impact.
• Align business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors on scope, timeline, and delivery expectations.
• Establish governance, reporting cadence, and risk management processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT Program or Senior Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven success leading large commercial or go-to-market technology programs.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• Experience delivering programs involving Salesforce Platforms.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in multi-workstream environments.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
