Hiring: IT Program Manager – Cybersecurity 🚨

The ideal candidate will have expertise managing enterprise cybersecurity programs involving:
🔐 Privileged Access Management (PAM)
🔐 Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
🔐 Identity Authentication & Authorization (IAA)
🔐 Data Protection (DP)
🔐 Security Operations & Attack Surface Management
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead global cross-functional teams across technology and business units
• Manage strategic cybersecurity projects from initiation through delivery
• Develop project schedules, forecasts, budgets, and communication plans
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and Change Management processe
• Foster a collaborative and delivery-focused project environment
✅ Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of overall experience including Financial Services industry experience
• 5+ years leading enterprise-level technology projects
• Experience managing cybersecurity initiatives involving:
PAM
IGA
IAA
Data Protection
Security Operations
• Experience working in matrixed enterprise environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with:
MS Project
Azure DevOps (ADO)
Clarity PPM
Power BI / Tableau
Microsoft O365 / Teams
• Experience managing project budgets ranging from $250K–$3M
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
🎓 Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• PMP Certification strongly preferred
