Description

Manage enterprise cybersecurity programs and strategic technology projects from initiation through delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cross-functional teams across technology and business units.
• Manage strategic cybersecurity projects involving PAM, IGA, IAA, Data Protection, and Security Operations.
• Develop project schedules, forecasts, budgets, and communication plans.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and Change Management processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience, including Financial Services industry experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-level technology projects.
• Experience managing cybersecurity initiatives: PAM, IGA, IAA, Data Protection, Security Operations.
• Experience working in matrixed enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), Clarity PPM, and Microsoft O365/Teams.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience managing project budgets ranging from $250K–$3M.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
