You will lead complex, large-scale IT programs within a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering objectives, metrics, system specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify key stakeholders, define roles, and manage upstream and downstream system dependencies.
• Design organization-wide change management strategies for system implementations and upgrades.
• Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Report progress, risks, and deviations to steering committees and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within a global organization.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects and multiple competing priorities.
• Experience with lifecycle management, governance, and using technology to automate compliance risks.
• Working knowledge of SOX compliance standards for infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Project.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban delivery methods.
• Experience with Agile ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into critical data dependencies.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with multi-tiered, matrixed organizational models.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent Project Manager certification.
• Scrum certification.
