Description

You will lead large-scale data conversion programs and manage technical delivery across the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large-scale data conversion projects from inception to completion.
• Elicit, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable specifications.
• Design data flow diagrams, system architecture mapping, and business process flow documentation.
• Coordinate system testing against technical specifications and document all results.
• Facilitate milestone and stage gate sign-offs to ensure technical and business readiness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale data conversions.
• 10+ years of experience in requirement elicitation and documentation.
• 10+ years of experience with system architecture mapping and process flow documentation.
• 10+ years of experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• 10+ years of experience in test case preparation and technical specification writing.
• 10+ years of experience facilitating meetings between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• 10+ years of experience in vendor management and relationship oversight.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, and Jira.
