Description

Owns the execution of complex IT programs spanning infrastructure, applications, and information security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program roadmaps, defining scope, business requirements, and resource allocation.
• Drive technical and functional teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to meet critical path deadlines.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards while implementing corrective actions for deviations.
• Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to document requirements, facilitate vendor selection, and manage relationships.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts between timeline and scope, and communicate project health to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong technical background in SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, O365, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience leading diverse projects and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to develop business cases and drive expectation setting with leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in ambiguous work situations.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification or Security+ / CISSP certifications.
