Description

You will provide strategic technical leadership for Pharma 4.0 digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex infrastructure architectures and digital technology implementations across global technical infrastructure.
• Manage program lifecycles by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to develop business requirements, solution designs, testing protocols, and training programs.
• Present program health metrics and status updates to senior management and steering committees.
• Coordinate with PMO, applications, CIS infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to align projects with technical strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Information Technology experience in the healthcare industry or a related field.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale IT programs or multiple simultaneous projects.
• Direct experience with GxP and Systems Validation.
• Knowledge of BioPhorum, ISPE Pharma 4.0, and MES.
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others within a divisional or group-level structure.
• Experience managing resource, issue, and risk management for complex technical programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
