You will manage technical roadmaps, coordinate development workflows, and serve as the primary liaison between customers and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define key requirements and project timelines for the development team.
• Influence project priorities and coordinate team workflows.
• Present complex requirements and metrics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive verification processes and perform gap analysis on application operational readiness.
• Ensure the performance and stability of critical services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).
• Knowledge of Service Virtualization techniques.
• Proficiency with Version One for Agile planning.
• Proficiency with Jira for issue tracking and workflow management.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
