Job Summary

VDOT is seeking an IT Program Manager – Power Platform with 7+ years of IT experience. The role focuses on enabling business teams to use Microsoft Power Platform tools, modernizing applications, and leading application rationalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Power Platform and application modernization projects
• Work with business and IT teams to implement solutions
• Build and deploy solutions using:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Analyze application portfolio for optimization opportunities
• Create dashboards for application performance and usage
• Present updates and recommendations to leadership
• Train business units on Power Platform development
• Identify opportunities to consolidate or retire legacy applications

Required Experience

• 8+ years in Program Management
• Application Portfolio Management
• Business/Application Architecture
• Strong enterprise-level Power Platform experience
• Experience leading application rationalization projects
