Description

Lead the Project & Product Delivery portfolio team using multiple delivery methodologies to ensure consistent execution and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program initiatives to ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals.
• Assign resources for initiative planning and monitor deviations from the critical path.
• Define and monitor program control points, KPIs, and compliance with established policies.
• Guide Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers in risk mitigation and change management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define strategic direction.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and high organizational change.
• 15+ years of experience with Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.
• 10+ years of experience leading and managing direct reports.
• PMP certification required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft Project Online (POL).
• Functional understanding of Project Server, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
• Expertise in project portfolio and lifecycle management processes.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, financial management for product lines, and project critical paths.
• Demonstrated experience in developing new processes and writing clear procedural documentation.
