Description

Lead technical program delivery and team governance to align with divisional and business unit objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop program strategies, business cases, and high-level enterprise project plans.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including project scope, timing, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Direct and mentor a team of project managers, portfolio managers, and project management staff.
• Utilize scaled agile methodologies to manage programs and coordinate release schedules.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor technical performance and report progress to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in scaled agile methodologies.
• Experience managing vendor suppliers and third-party partners.
• Ability to manage project budgets, risks, and incident resolution.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex enterprise project planning.
