You will manage complex IT programs across various groups and geographies to deliver business value.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute Real Estate IT projects, coordinating with Network, Security, site support, UC, and vendor teams.
• Apply project management disciplines to define scope, requirements, budget, resources, and quality for multiple complex programs.
• Develop and manage short- and long-term program roadmaps, prioritizing work based on business need and IT capability.
• Identify risks and communicate project health status to senior leadership, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Implement corrective action plans when schedules or budgets deviate.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years leading and managing diverse projects and programs.
• Technical experience with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodology.
• Experience with GIS in the context of Real Estate projects (Network, Security/Firewall, MS Teams setup).
• Proficiency with project management tools including MS Project, Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong cross-group collaboration skills across internal and external teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with O365 and Visio.
