Description

You will lead managed services programs, ensuring timely delivery within budget and adherence to contractual obligations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor diverse IT teams to maintain service integrity and professionalism.
• Direct technical strategy and establish best IT/OT service practices.
• Partner with finance, procurement, and contract management to support program execution.
• Coordinate with schedulers for look-ahead planning and staffing management.
• Monitor long-term tasks to ensure business rhythms and change management remain uninterrupted.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT or OT services support.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing team budgets and financial forecasting.
• Proficiency in interpreting Gantt chart-based data using MS Project or P6.
• Proven track record delivering complex managed services on time and within budget.
• Hands-on experience with both cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with IT/OT technologies in electric utility or Telecom Network environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, or ServiceNow Project Management System.
