You will manage large, cross-functional technology programs and mitigate associated risks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Identify program issues and manage risks to ensure delivery.
• Break down complex problems and provide accurate effort estimates.
• Establish reporting cadences, metrics, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate technical and business requirements clearly across teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technology roles.
• 1+ years of direct program management experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of project management tools and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe principles.
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage detailed project documentation and tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• SAFe Agile or Scrum certification.
